Sofia is an architectural designer with experience in Europe, South America, and current work with Bantu in sub-Saharan Africa. She holds a Masters in Architecture focusing on sustainable solutions, and a second master’s degree in Urban Resilience Design and Management. Her research focus has been on the reintroduction of nature into urban environments, following a desire to foster positive interactions between cityscapes and surrounding ecosystems. Sofia's professional experience includes leading layouts and facilities design projects within the industrial sector with a main focus of contributing to more environmental and socially sustainable industries. She has fostered a passion for exploring different cultures, languages, and lifestyles. This global perspective contributes her approach to urban design, where she recognizes the importance of social and ecological well-being.
