Part of the Urban Fabric Initiative project, a community library and 3-class nursery school come together into a co-managed facility for the Nyakabanda neighbourhood of Kigali.

Tucked away on a small site in a residential neighbourhood, the design navigates a sloped terrain, flexibility to separate or conjoin nursery school and library activities depending on needs, and transform classrooms into community event spaces when needed.
